Workplace Burnout: How We Get There; How We Recover
The World Health Organization (WHO) has officially classified workplace burnout as an occupational phenomenon in its recent revision of the International Classification of Diseases. This webinar focuses on the causes of and reactions to workplace burnout and stress, for which healthcare workers are especially susceptible. The webinar further incorporates how to manage our mental health and recovery from workplace burnout, and will provide tips on how to exercise self-care to prevent it from occurring in the first place.
