NYAPRS Note: A group of mental health, disability rights, housing, criminal justice reform and people living with HIV/AIDS are joining together this at 10am this coming Tuesday outside Governor Hochul’s NYC offices at 633 THIRD Avenue to urge the Governor to make a significant investment in community services and to withhold her support for legislation promoting increased use of coercive approaches.
