Alliance Note: Next Tuesday’s meeting of New York’s Most Integrated Setting Coordinating Council will be a very special one, marking the introduction of our new Olmstead Director Shelley Madore, a presentation from the state’s Medicaid Director Amir Bassiri and planning details for January and February virtual Town Hall sessions. Shelley is the former Olmstead Director for Minnesota, a state whose model Olmstead plan committed the state to meet identified targets in terms of number of people with disabilities who were supported to live and work in the most integrated setting.
