Alliance Alert: New York’s Most Integrated Setting Coordinating Council has long been charged with releasing an Olmstead Plan that demonstrates measurable ways in which the state will help New Yorkers with disabilities to live and work in the most integrated setting of choice.
Governor Hochul has committed to the development and issuance of such a plan, and we are looking to The December 11th meeting to hear the next steps in meeting the goal.
