Job Opening: Employment First Data Analyst
Support data collection and analysis to advance Employment First initiatives and ensure accurate reporting on the progress and outcomes of inclusive employment policies.

Duties Description:
- Data Collection and Analysis: Design, manage, and analyze datasets related to Employment First initiatives.
- Performance Metrics: Develop performance indicators to evaluate progress toward inclusive employment goals.
- Collaborate with Agencies: Work closely with state agencies and partners to gather and integrate data for comprehensive reporting.
- Technical Reports: Prepare and disseminate reports and visualizations to stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Support Strategic Planning: Provide data insights to guide the implementation of the Employment First Strategic Plan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in data analysis, public administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in statistical tools and software (e.g., SPSS, Excel, SQL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with disability services data preferred.

Foster partnerships and build relationships with employers and stakeholders to promote inclusive employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

Duties Description:
- Employer Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with employers to create inclusive employment opportunities.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with disability service providers, businesses, and advocacy groups to promote integrated employment.
- Outreach and Awareness: Lead efforts to raise awareness about inclusive employment benefits and Employment First initiatives.
- Technical Assistance: Provide training and resources to employers on best practices in inclusive hiring and workplace accommodations.
- Support Strategic Goals: Align outreach efforts with Employment First principles and goals to enhance statewide employment outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, or a related field.
- Experience in partnership development and employer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Employment First principles and disability services preferred.
