Alliance Alert: We are excited to share highlights from the latest Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation Newsletter, which features the 3rd Annual CORE Summit, new CORE Refresher Trainings, and updates on key rehabilitation initiatives across New York State. The CORE Summit, co-hosted by the Alliance alongside OMH, OASAS, and MCTAC, brought together providers, advocates, and managed care organizations to strengthen the delivery of services and foster collaboration statewide. New CORE refresher trainings are now available, providing practical examples and tools to ensure providers can better support people in reaching their recovery goals.
The newsletter also includes important updates on the redesign of PROS programs, integration of peer support into services, and the expansion of rehabilitation supports within CCBHCs, ensuring that New Yorkers with mental health and substance use challenges have more effective, person-centered support options
