The Alliance for Rights and Recovery, in collaboration with the NYS Office of Mental Health and NYC Health Department, is proud to join SOMOS Community Care for an exciting day of connection, support, and fun at the Community Care Fest! This event will include information on the new Social Care Network services, which connect Medicaid members to critical support like food, housing, and transportation.
