Alliance Alert: We are excited to announce the rollout of the Association for Mental Health and Wellness’ Peer Specialist Readiness Training Program, designed to enhance peer support skills and prepare participants for specialized roles within the community.
This comprehensive program will provide valuable tools, resources, and hands-on learning experiences to strengthen the foundation of peer support services. Participants will gain practical knowledge, develop core competencies, and build confidence to effectively support individuals on their recovery journey. By investing in this training, MHAW aims to empower peers to make a meaningful impact and foster a culture of hope, resilience, and connection within our communities.

- Start Date: February 17, 2025
- Location: 939 Johnson Ave, Ronkonkoma, NY
- Schedule: Monday ,Tuesday, and Thursday
- Time: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
