Making the Connection:
Conversations Around Integrated Care
Reminder: Register Now for the Making the Connection: Conversations Around Integrated Care Series!
Integrated care is widely recognized as a best practice for improving outcomes and reducing costs for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use needs. Yet, many people still receive these services in separate clinical settings. Providers have a critical opportunity to bridge this gap by promoting integrated care within their own organizations.
We invite you to join MCTAC, the Center for Practice Innovations (CPI), the New York State Office of Mental Health (NYS OMH), and the Office of Addiction Services and Supports (NYS OASAS) for Making the Connection: Conversations Around Integrated Care. This three part series will continue our exploration of practical strategies for integrating mental health and substance use treatment.
