While these tools hold promise to reduce administrative burden and improve outcomes, they also raise critical questions around bias, privacy, accountability, and maintaining the human relationships that are central to recovery. As these technologies evolve faster than policy and practice, it is essential that leaders, providers, and advocates are equipped to navigate both the opportunities and risks.
