As we get closer to the Alliance for Rights and Recovery’s 44th Annual Conference, Our Movement, Our Moment, we want to remind you about transportation options available for conference attendees.
NYC to Albany Bus Transportation
We will have two buses traveling from New York City to Albany for the conference. Space is limited, and you must REGISTER in advance to reserve a seat on the bus. The deadline to register for bus transportation is TODAY, Friday, September 4. Please register by the deadline if you plan to ride with us, as we may cancel one of the buses based on the number of registrations received.

Long Island Bus The Mental Health Association of Nassau County has organized a bus from Long Island to the conference. They will pick up from three stops: Riverhead at 530am, Ronkonkoma at 630am, and Hempstead at 730am. Contact Denise McEvoy at dmcevoy@mhanc.org to reserve your spot and learn more.

Albany Train Station Shuttle
We have also arranged shuttle transportation between the Albany-Rensselaer Amtrak Station and the Albany Marriott based on scheduled train arrival and departure times. You must SIGN UP in advance for the shuttle you plan to use to make sure we have enough space for everyone.

Airport Service
For those flying to the conference, the nearest airport is Albany International Airport, located 3 miles from the Albany Marriott.
The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to and from Albany International Airport for hotel guests. Additional information regarding airport shuttle arrangements, including how to request service, will be provided by the hotel prior to your arrival.

We encourage you to sign up as soon as possible if you plan to use either transportation option.
We look forward to seeing you in Albany next month!
