Alliance Alert: The Center for Training at the Alliance for Rights and Recovery is pleased to announce an upcoming FREE statewide webinar,“Apprenticeship 101: Understanding the Path.” This presentation will explore how apprenticeships and pre-apprenticeship programs can create meaningful, inclusive career pathways for individuals with disabilities. Participants will learn about registered apprenticeships, the benefits of “earn while you learn” opportunities, and how New York State’s Employment First approach supports career development and economic self-sufficiency. The session will also highlight practical strategies for employment professionals to connect job seekers with apprenticeship opportunities through partnerships, individualized supports, and workforce development resources.
