The Alliance for Rights and Recovery Collective is a team dedicated to increasing organizational and program level systems transformation among New York State Office of Mental Health licensed or funded programs through intensive, on-site (or virtual) training and technical assistance at no cost.
The Collective works with agency administrators, program managers and direct care professionals to in implementing recovery focused, evidence-based practices. We create a learning environment that challenges mindset, strengthens skills, and builds a foundation for recovery.
Our training and technical assistance initiatives are designed and delivered specifically for your organization and are individualized to meet your specific program needs.
Continuing Education through Trainings
As approved providers for Social Work, Mental Health Counseling and Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner Counselors, we know how important it is for professionals to earn continuing education hours!
We have over 40 training sessions that we can deliver to you immediately. Where offered, continuing education hours are provided at no cost.
Eligibility
We are proudly funded by the NYS Office of Mental Health to provide workforce development training and technical assistance services at NO COST to providers who are licensed and/or funded through NYS OMH.
We have extensive experience providing training and technical assistance throughout NYS and nationally for organizations who do not fall under the NYS OMH contract.
