Winter Wellness Planning 1.25 CE hours
Winter brings changes in weather, light, and activities. In addition, some people experience challenges with isolation and mood, as well as complex feelings and experiences related to winter holidays. While each person’s combination of experiences, strengths, and challenges is unique, there is a lot we can do to anticipate, and address wellness needs and concerns. Due to the numerous challenges faced since early 2020 it seems more important than ever to plan for winter this year!
Planning for winter changes can reduce their effects, prevent negative health impacts, and enhance coping and resilience. This interactive webinar will provide an opportunity for participants to create their own winter wellness plan.
