NYAPRS NOTE: Time is flying by so fast! Spring is here which means our much-lauded Executive Seminar is back! We may not be in person with you this year, but our virtual event will span 3 half-days and will bring you 3 keynoters and several workshops, all lead by leaders in our communities. One of the many highlights of the Seminar is a panel discussion on ENGAGEMENT, CONNECTION AND COMMUNICATION IN A VIRTUAL WORKPLACE. Our panelists include Katie Serio of Huther Doyle, Shannon Higbee of ROME, Tracy Gard of JBFCS, Dan Khebzou of Array and Nancy Harvey of SPOP. These leaders have all been challenged by the need to pivot to tele-health with some struggling with both staff and participant’s but also with infrastructure development. Come and participate in this discussion and hear about how these providers have pivoted and found success in engaging and connecting with people in this new virtual landscape.
