SELF-CARE IS IMPORTANT FOR EVERYONE!
Since the onset of the COVID-19 virus, NYAPRS has been supporting people from across our state and nation to integrate Mindfulness and Yoga as part of their overall wellness routine.
For over a year, we have provided free, online video recordings of Mindfulness sessions led by our very own, Ruth Colón-Wagner that have received enthusiastic accolades and countless expressions of gratitude. With over 160 recordings, you can find meditations of all types to meet your needs.
Several months ago, we added Yoga to our offerings, and have been very proud to feature Dagny Alexander’s great expertise in leading Yoga classes and workshops that allow all people, regardless of skill-level, to experience the peace and power of Yoga. Longtime NYAPRS Conference goers already know Dagny for her years of offering transformative shiatsu sessions since the early 2000’s.

We encourage you to share these resources with everyone! Many providers have shared with people receiving services, incorporating meditations into their Wellness groups and in general talks about self-care.
