NYAPRS Note: There are 7 days left until the 12th Annual Rehabilitation and Recovery Academy! Entitled “Moving Forward Together: Healing the Trauma, Advancing New Innovations, the program is sponsored by the NYS Office of Mental Health and presented in coordination with our partners from the Coalition for Behavioral Health and the Center for Practice Innovations.
This year’s program features a powerful keynote from Samantha Clarke, Global Changemaker, Ted X Speaker and author. Samantha is a nationally recognized changemaker on how to build company culture and develop work environments that support, retain and attract happy employees and teams. Her presentation will be based upon an understanding on how “the physical and social contexts of how we work have rapidly been disrupted over the last 18 months causing relentless uncertainty and volatility. Building your emotional and mental resilience can mean managing the emotions that you yourself experience or that of those around you. When you build stronger emotional resilience and gain the ability to minimize stress and anxiety, it enables you to increase productivity, improve morale, enhance relationships with your team and boost company culture to retain top talent.”
Our employees are raving about it! I love her engaging energy, zest for this work
and spirit to make changes where it matters most.
Working with her has definitely been a lifesaver in these difficult times.”
