Join NYAPRS’ Training Collective Robert Statham for this timely presentation titled “Returning to Our Roots: Remembering Why the Work Is Important and Why We Love It” on August 10th to take a closer look at your own “why”. See below for details and register here today! Returning to Our Roots: Remembering Why the Work is Important and Why We Love It
The last two years have been challenging for many of us in the field. COVID, civil unrest, loneliness and social isolation have contributed to staff burnout and people leaving the field that they once loved. As we return to in person work, it will be important to learn from our challenges and reconnect to the reasons we entered the field. While reconnecting with our coworkers we can return to our shared purpose and meaning in the work that we do.
Date and Time: August 10, 2022 from 12-1pm EST
