Note: In preparation for NYAPRS’ February 28th Annual Legislative Day in Albany, NYAPRS will be hosting a grassroots regional forum at the Downtown Buffalo Library this Thursday, February 9th from 10am to 1pm. NYAPRS CEO Harvey Rosenthal and Policy Director will kick off the program with a summary of what’s in the Governor’s budget and NYAPRS statewide priorities and get a sense of WNY priorities.
Following that, a panel headed up by Erie County Mental Health Mark O’Brien will look at exemplary and emerging best practice crisis innovations and voluntary alternatives to AOT court orders and will include:
